What does Unicity do?
Unicity builds AI-powered automation for Australian businesses. We take one manual, repetitive workflow and replace it with production software. Every engagement is fixed in scope and fixed in price, and the full source code is transferred to you at completion.
What does fixed scope mean?
Before any build starts, we define exactly what the software will do, what it will cost, and when it will be delivered. There are no hourly meters and no scope creep. You know the outcome and the price up front.
Do I own the software you build?
Yes. At handover the complete source code is transferred to you. There is no ongoing licence fee and no lock-in to Unicity. You own the system outright and can maintain or extend it however you like.
How much does an engagement cost?
Single-workflow automation builds start from A$20,000 plus GST. Because every engagement is fixed-scope, you receive a firm quote before work begins rather than an open-ended hourly estimate.
How long does a typical project take?
Most single-workflow builds are delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Larger, multi-phase engagements are scoped into discrete stages, each with its own deliverable and timeline.
